The team has been so friendly and accommodating and has gotten treatment started quickly for me. They also thoroughly explain the process so I know what to expect. Getting orthodontic work as an adult seems scary and daunting but I'm glad I chose Dr. Damon and crew to help me work towards a better smile.

I met Dr. Szymanowski and his team on Tuesday, February 20 for my orthodontic consultation. I came in on time for my appointment and right away I was greeted by their friendly front desk staff. Within a few minutes of checking in Darlene introduced herself, took me to the back office to take x-rays and pictures. After x-rays and pictures, Dr. Szymanowski talked to me about treatment and I told him that I preferred to have Invisalign. He said I can be a candidate for Invisalign and he told me about how long treatment would take. Once my consult was finished, Darlene and I talked about financing and they are very flexible which I appreciate! I was able to get my scan done for Invisalign that same day and I'll be getting my first tray set soon.
I was a bit nervous getting orthodontics in my late twenties, but they explained the treatment thoroughly and I felt comfortable during the decision making process. I look forward to getting my first tray set and working with Dr. Szymanowski and his team! -
Great customer service at the greeting desk up front, the consultation offices, and Dr. Szymanowski is very professional and confident that your treatment is right for you. The hygienists are well instructed and helpful if you ever have any questions or concerns.

Great team and environment for kids. The openness and knowledge of staff puts both kids and parents at ease. Extras like the "points" program plus summer events definitely make you feel like part of a family rather than just another patient. Couldn't be happier!

Hands down the best place to go for quality care and customer service. Super friendly staff, organized office with text and email reminders for appointments. My teen feels confident enough to go in without me there, that says a lot about comfort and trust. Best place for ortho care, would recommend to anyone.
Szymanowski makes braces fun!
I’ve been going to Szymanowski Orthodontics for almost a year now, so I’m about halfway through my 2-year braces journey!
I was pretty nervous when I first got my braces because I didn’t know what to expect. But once they started putting them on, it was done before I could even blink! Everyone was so nice and made the whole thing way less scary than I thought it would be.
My favorite thing is the points reward system! You earn points for things like being on time, keeping your brackets and hardware intact, wearing your Szymanowski T-shirt, getting straight A’s, and having no cavities at your dental checkup. You can save them up for gift cards, and I’m saving mine for something really cool!
Everyone here is super nice, and they actually teach me how to take care of my braces instead of just telling me to “brush better.” I feel like I’ve learned a lot about taking care of my teeth.
If I ever have a problem with my braces and need an emergency appointment, they always get me in really quickly. They’re also on time for regular appointments and get me in and out pretty fast, which is great because nobody wants to spend all day at the orthodontist!
And I have to mention the free hot cocoa in the waiting room! My mom gives them bonus points for the coffee, and even my 9-year-old little brother gets in on the hot cocoa when he has to come along for the ride. So apparently, the whole family benefits from my orthodontist appointments!
Overall, I’ve had a really great experience at Szymanowski Orthodontics so far. I’m glad I got my braces here and would definitely recommend them, even if you’re nervous about getting braces like I was. It’s really not as bad as you think!
I’ve had a wonderful experience with this orthodontic office. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walk in, I feel genuinely cared for, and the staff always takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable and answer any questions I have.
Their customer service is exceptional, and they’ve been incredibly accommodating whenever I’ve needed flexibility with scheduling appointments. They truly work with their patients and make the entire process as stress-free as possible.
